Founded in 2017 by oenologist D. Antonio José Bustillo Pérez, the winery builds upon his family’s viticultural legacy dating back to the late 19th century at the “Nuestra Señora De Palomares” estate in Pago de Añina, renowned for grape cultivation in the Jerez region.

From family dream to winery
The founder’s deep connection to his maternal family’s vineyard, which is the birthplace of his mother and the place where the history of the women in his family unfolded, inspired this project.
The Artisan Xeranthia winery—Xera (Jerez, in Phoenician times) and Antheia (goddess of vegetation and flowers in Greek mythology)—was born as a tribute to the women of his family, who have contributed decades of care to grape cultivation.

03Our four-hectare vineyard at the “Nuestra Señora De Palomares” estate, situated 65 meters above sea level in the heart of “Pago de Añina”, is in the renowned grape cultivation area of the Jerez region.

Artisan Xeranthia carries out “Sherry cask” seasoning with high-quality Sherry wines, ensuring added value to our customers’ spirits.
Our winery’s seasoned casks are certified by the OECCA (Organismo de Evaluación de la Conformidad y Certificación Agroalimentaria [Organism for Evaluation of Conformity and Certification of Agri-food Products]) Foundation, ensuring compliance with the «Jerez-Xèrés-Sherry» designation of origin.
